How to create a property buffer
To create a buffer around a specific property is similar to using the Select Parcel tool. Simply click on the Buffer Tool (B) to activate the tool, and then click on the property you wish to buffer. This will select the property you clicked on and create a 200ft buffer around it selecting any properties the buffer touches. All of these properties will load into a list which you can print or export to excel. To print the list, simply click on the print icon. To export the list to a excel file click on the export icon and you will be prompted to save it to your computer.
How to change the buffer distance
If you wish to create a buffer at a length other than 200ft you may change the value in the Buffer Tools Option window before you click on the property you wish to select. This window will open every time the Buffer Tool is loaded.
How to clear your selection
If you would like to clear the selected parcel from the map, simply click on the eraser tool 
and your selection will be erased.
